5150 Noise Reduction
A key piece of equipment in Eddie's amp setup is the Rockman Smartgage which Eddie uses to quiet
his 5150's. Since Scholz R&D has sold to Jim Dunlop this valuable piece of Rockman equipment is
getting hard to find and has been commanding prices over $350 on eBay. Lucky for
us Jim Dunlop has hired Tom Scholz's personal engineer to develop new products under different
Jim Dunlop brands. How does this effect the average 5150 owner? Under the MXR brand Jim Dunlop has
